MNC culture

The report “At MNCs, sexual harassment complainants face uphill battle” (March 8) was an eye-opener. While multinationals dictate work culture to Indians, they lack human relations skills. On the one hand, they celebrate the birthdays of their employees and, on the other, give them pink slips without any warning.

Now we know that they do not address real issues like sexual harassment of their women employees. Aditi Bojkar deserves to be appreciated for refusing to appear before the internal committee constituted by the KPMG after terminating her services. One hopes she will fight until she gets justice.
