Rafael Nadal is one of the all-time greats (“The king and his court,” June 11). With his eighth victory at the French Open, he is back in the race for the year-end number 1 ranking. The 27-year-old is moving to challenge the top-ranked Novak Djokovic, who he beat in the semifinal at Roland-Garros. Nadal is on the upswing with his positive attitude.
