>> The front-page headline said: “ >India `a bright spot’, says French PM ” (some editions, April 11, 2015). It should have been French President.

>> A sentence in the Comment article, “ >India’s deafening silence on stolen art ” (April 10, 2015) read: “In other words, no one in India was tracking the activities of Mr. Kapoor, a well-known dealer of Indian art in the U.S. since the 1980s, and no one bothered to begin an investigation into his Indian dealings.” A reader pointed out that the investigations against Mr. Kapoor were initiated in 2008 by the Tamil Nadu Idol Wing – Criminal Investigation Wing, which led to his arrest in Germany on an Interpol Red Notice and a subsequent raid of his gallery and warehouse by the U.S. Federal Agent in July 2012. The reader is right.

>> The name of a player in Kings XI Punjab was mentioned as Sandeep Singh instead of Sandeep Sharma in a report, “ >MI meets Kings ” (Sport, April 12, 2015)

>> Amoes Do was referred to as a young Brazilian in a report, “ >No official protest from Mumbai FC ” (Sport, April 11, 2015). He is an Indian.

>> Josh Hazlewood is a right-arm pace bowler and not left-arm pacer as mentioned in a report, “ >Hazlewood pulls out ” (Sport, April 10, 2015).
