District Collector Yogitha Rana received the best Collector Award from the Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao for her excellent service in the implementation of the Haritha Haram, during the 70th Independence Day celebrations, at Golkonda Fort, on Monday.

Home Minister Nayini Narsimha Reddy, Chief Secretary Rajiv Sarma, Director General of Police Anurag Sarma and several other dignitaries were present when she was conferred on the award by the Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao. She was praised for her perseverance in making the green programme a success in the district.
