Darpally MPP president and TRS leader Immadi Gopi kicking a middle-aged woman Vadde Rajavva in a land dispute went viral in social media on Sunday. The video shows Rajavva slapping Gopi with her footwear, before Gopi kicking her.
According to Indalwai Sub-Inspector of Police M. Rajasekhar, the duo fell out with each other in a land dispute in their native village Gouraram. Mr. Gopi sold his house and its premises to Rajavva sometime back. Even after making payment of entire amount he allegedly did not hand over property to Rajavva.
Vexed at his attitude, she along with her family members went to his residence and staged protest. At one stage she took out footwear and beat him. Then, Mr. Gopi kicked on her chest resulting in her falling to ground. Rajavva’s son immediately pushed Mr. Gopi. Earlier, family members of Rajavva vandalised Gopi’s house, said the SI of Police.
Both the parties approached the police. Basing on the complaint the police registered cases against Gopi and Rajavva. A tenant Ravi residing at Gopi’s home filed complaint on Rajavva saying she attacked his home.
