Three youngsters from Bellampally town got drowned in Godavari river near Mulkalla in Mancherial district on Sunday when they entered the river for a holy dip. The three Manda Anil, 18, a student of class X, Asampalli Mahesh, 20, a student of medical lab technician course and Mittapalli Venu, 21, a degree student and Akhil had gone for a holy dip in connection with Deepavali festival. Akhil came out of the river alive. Those drowned were residents of Incline Basti of Bellampally town. The bodies could not be traced till the reports last came in.
