Three held for poaching spotted deer

Kagaznagar Forest Range officials on Tuesday arrested Gurle Mondi, Lomdi Maruti and Morle Jairam of Nandiguda in Kagaznagar mandal for poaching a spotted deer and selling its meat illegally. The forest officials led by In-charge Range Officer Chandra Kumar raided the place where the venison was being sold and arrested the accused. According to information, the latter had poached the deer by setting up a trap in the field. The officials also recovered the deer skin, its head and four legs from the premises.
