The residents of Jitendarnagar, Deendayal Nagar, Pragathi Nagar unanimously passed a resolution accepting the one plus one housing in their respective slums here on Tuesday.
Warangal West MLA D Vinay Bhaskar held a meeting at all these slums and explained to them the idea of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
He urged them not to get carried away by some political leaders who were trying to mislead them. The residents at the open meetings passed a resolution and sent the same to Collector. . According to Mr Vinay Bhaskar there are about 4,000 families living in slums.
