District Collector and Returning Officer to Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduate MLC Constituency election, P. Satyanarayana Reddy conducted an educative session for contesting candidates over the election code here on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, the Returning Officer said that there were 400 polling booths in which Warangal, Khammam, Nalgonda were having 144, 123 and 133 polling stations respectively.
