First he came to Errakunta tank located in the village and inaugurated tank works. Later, more than half-a-dozen villagers who volunteered to participate in sramadanam, arrived in tractors and moved to their designated areas and commenced work. About four earthmovers were put in place to clear bushes and demolish dilapidated buildings in the village. From there he visited SC colony and examined some of the houses.
