HC moved against MLC

A case has been filed in High Court complaining that MLC Mynampally Hanumantha Rao has been giving wrong information while filing affidavits at the time of submitting nomination for elections.

Sai Prasad filed the case. He contended that in 2009 and 2014 Mr. Hanumantha Rao had claimed that he had MBA degree. In 2014, the education qualification declared was Intermediate. The case was numbered and listed before the bench and awaiting adjudication.
