Five killed in Nalgonda road accident

Five persons including a four year old girl and her parents were killed in a ghostly road accident on Tuesday morning near Wadapally. The mishap occurred when the lorry coming in wrong direction rammed into the car proceeding towards Wadapally.

The deceased were identified as Sk.Khaleel (29), his wife Rizwana (25), their four year old daughter Farhana, car driver Vijay Kumar and another person Pujala Saidulu (21). Taj (6), the elder daughter of Mr. Khaleel sustained grievous injuries in the mishap. All the victims are natives of Wadapally village.

According to Police, the deceased came to Nalgonda town on Monday to attend the marriage of Khaleel’s cousin, who is also resident of Wadapally. They were on their way back to home in the wee hours of Tuesday when the lorry rammed into the car a km away from their destination.

Injured Taj was shifted to a hospital in Hyderabad. A pall of gloom descended at newly married groom’s house at Wadapally as their kin were killed hours after his marriage. A case has been registered.
