The Telugu Desam Party has decided to launch agitational programmes demanding waiver of farmers’ crop loans as announced by the State government, in Karimnagar district on July 26 and 28.

Participating in the TDP district coordination committee meeting in Karimnagar town on Friday, Telugu Rythu State president Onteru Prathap Reddy said that they would stage dharnas in all Assembly segments on July 26 and in front of the district lead bank manager’s office in Karimnagar town on July 28 demanding the waiver of crop loans at one go.
Strengthening TDP
He asked district leaders to take measures for the strengthening of the party from the grass-root level, and gear up for the coming elections.
TDP district president Ch. Vijayaramana Rao and others were also present.
