Tihar jail DIG Sailendra Singh Parihar along with two senior officials - Superintendent of Police Ajay Yadav and DSP Ajay Bhatia - visited the museum jail in the district headquarters and district jail at Kandi on Wednesday.
They examined the facilities at the Kandi district jail and later visited the jail museum at Sangareddy.
According to Jail Officer Santosh Roy, the visiting officials were very much impressed with ‘Feel the Jail’ concept and selling of ‘My Nation’ products.
They also enquired about the petrol bunks being run by the Prisons Department.
