Tamizhaga Vazhvurimai Katchi (TVK) leader P. Velmurugan on Sunday called for a mass protest against the Centre’s delay in granting exemption to Tamil Nadu from the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
Noting that the Centre was yet to act on the State’s plea for exemption, he accused the State government of acting like a slave of the Centre by not speaking out against its policies.
