TTDC's mobile publicity coach rolls out

Tourism Minister N. Suresh Rajan on Thursday launched ‘Mobile Publicity Coach' at Island Grounds to create awareness among the travellers about the important tourists' destinations in the State.

Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation (TTDC) officials will disseminate information about these places through handbook, pamphlet, compact disc and maps.

TTDC will also screen documentaries to offer public a glimpse of these places. For a month, the coach will be stationed in Chennai and later it will move to different parts of the State, says a press release.

By boarding the coach, public can book accommodation or get information, the release said.
