Senior IAS officer T.V. Somanathan, who was until recently the Additional Secretary to Prime Minister in Delhi, has been named the Secretary to Planning & Development and Special Initiatives Department.
According to a GO issued by the Chief Secretary, Otem Dai, on completion of his deputation, has been named the Secretary to the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department.Ashok Dongre and P. Senthilkumar have been named Director of Entrepreneurship Development Institute and Joint Secretary in Adi Dravidar & Tribal Welfare Department respectively. S. Sivashanmugaraja would be MD, Tamil Nadu News Print and Papers Limited.
