Naam Tamizhar Katchi cadre courted arrest staging a demonstration, demanding relocation of the Krishnagiri toll plaza, here on Friday.
The cadre, with a miniscule strength, demanded that the toll plaza located barely 150 metres from the Collectorate should be shifted to a location 15 km away from the current spot.
The toll plaza has been shared by many people for the unqualified extraction of toll charges from all vehicles including those visiting the Collectorate. The issue also figured in the local manifestos during the campaign run-up to the elections.
