Move to penalise invigilators flayed

Members of the Tamil Nadu Post-Graduate Teachers' Association staged a demonstration and boycotted the valuation of Plus Two answer scripts for one hour here on Thursday to highlight their charter of demands. The demands included rescinding suspension of invigilators who failed to prevent exam malpractices, urging the State government to withdraw the Government Order on such suspensions, and reinstating those affected in Thanjavur and Nagapattinam districts immediately. Association district president Sakthivel led the demonstration in which State president Suresh, vice-president Chandrasekar and others participated.
