State Fisheries Minister D. Jayakumar on Friday alleged that the DMK and the Congress were behind the introduction of the NEET. Hence, he said, the DMK working president and the Leader of the Opposition M.K. Stalin did not have the moral authority to protest against the government on the issue.
Mr. Jayakumar claimed that the general public would not forget that it was Mr. Stalin who brought NEET.
