Funds to the tune of ₹1.96 lakh was allotted under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan to construct Indian toilets at the school.
The end result: the school has got modern toilets – a western and an Indian style toilet. In fact, the western style toilet has self wash system with a jet spray.
“The school already has Indian style toilets. Now, we have set up modern toilets and separate urinals with hand showers for the students,” Mr. Valluvansaid. The floors of the toilets have been laid with tiles. Additionally, drinking water facility has been created for the students. Collector S. A.
