Pudukottai All Women Police filed a case against a 15-year-old boy studying SSLC in a private school here on Wednesday night after he allegedly misbehaved with a five-year-old girl studying in class one of the same school.
Sources said, the boy also threatened her.
Based on a complaint lodged by Bharani Devi (35), mother of the victim, from Kathirvel Nagar, a case was filed under Section 5 (M) of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012 (POCSO) and 506 (ii) of the IPC against the boy residing at Indira Nagar, Pudukottai.
