To clear the extra rush, the Railways will attach additional coaches on a temporary basis in the following trains:
One second sleeper coach each will be attached in train numbers 12647 / 12648 Coimbatore – Nizamuddin - Coimbatore Expresses from Coimbatore from February 22 to June 28; and from Nizamuddin from February 25 to July 1.
One second class sleeper coach will be attached in train numbers of 12682 / 12681 Coimbatore - Chennai Central - Coimbatore Express trains – from Coimbatore from February 27 to June 26; and from Chennai Central from February 28 to June 27.
Two second class day coaches (reserved) and two general second class coaches will be attached in train numbers 22610 / 22609 Coimbatore – Mangalore – Coimbatore Express trains – from Coimbatore from March 1 to June 28; and from Mangalore from February 28 to June 27.
One second sleeper coach will be attached in train numbers 16733 / 16734 Rameswaram – Okha – Rameswaram Express trains – from Rameswaran from February 27 to June 26; and from Okha from March 3 to June 30.
