Congress president Sonia Gandhi wrote to Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi on Tuesday, congratulating him on his victory in the Lok Sabha elections, party sources said here.
This comes in the wake of criticism that Ms. Gandhi and her son, Rahul Gandhi, have not felicitated Mr. Modi.
