It was “full marks” for Finance Minister Arun Jaitley from his elder sister Madhu Bhargava for presenting a “dynamic” budget.
After keenly watching the budget presentation by Mr. Jaitley in the Lok Sabha from the visitors’ gallery, she went to her brother’s chamber to congratulate him on what she described as a very productive document.
‘All sections taken care of’ “It is a very dynamic and very good budget. I give full marks to him for the budget in which he has taken care of all sections of society,” she told reporters outside Parliament.
Asked how many marks she would give to her younger brother, she said, “He is my younger brother and I will be very partial by giving him 10 marks out of 10.”
Mr. Jaitley’s lawyer niece and Ms. Bhargava’s daughter Punita termed it a “forward-looking” budget.
