why not ministry should make as RAILWAY BUDGET- PENDING WORK for FY.so that all the pending works get completed..why every year making false promises to public and public is observing all.….one year work is not completed ,ministry simply goes to next year budget …why….??? Ministry should prepare railway zone wise every year for new trains/new railway line survey/infrastructure/safety/security/neatness/facility-food,waiting hall,water.Simply one zone is getting benefit and another zone getting not developed. Specially backward region of every zones(for ex:VIDARBHA/TELANGANA/H-K GULBARGA Region ) should be developed .coming to loss to ministry point,were are the crores of rupees scam made by xyz…bring all those back and use here for development…simply passengers fare hike is not fare..also look for alternatives ways to overcome losses.
