Pakistan on Wednesday condemned the blasts in Mumbai and expressed distress over the loss of lives and injuries. A statement issued by the Foreign Office said President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani have expressed their deepest sympathies to the Indian leadership on the loss of lives, injuries and damage to property in Mumbai.

Bloggers and the 'twitterati’ of Pakistan were also working overtime in sending across a similar message in virtual-sphere and doing their bit to help out by 'retweeting’ messages regarding assistance available in Mumbai to those stranded during rush hour owing to the blasts.
