Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addresssing a joint session of the U.S. Congress on Tuesday, on an invitiation from U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan.

Mr. Modi is the fifth Indian Prime Minister to address a joint meeting of Congress, and the first since 2005.
