It will focus on the theme of ‘Managing Media Libraries and Archives.’

On February 6, a one-day training workshop on capacity building in ‘Digitisation, Digital Archiving and Digital Video Archiving in Media Libraries and Archives’ will follow.

The event aims to provide a professional platform to discuss and debate issues of managing media libraries across print, TV, radio and online media.

Ramesh Gaur, University Librarian, JNU, and chief patron of AMLA, said over 200 librarians and other professionals in the field would attend.
