“It is a matter of great pride that India has once again proved itself by launching its first phase of Mars Mission – Mangalyaan,” said Tamil Nadu Governor K. Rosaiah here on Tuesday.

In his message, he said that on “this historic occasion” he conveyed his warm felicitations and heartiest greetings to ISRO Chairman Dr. K. Radhakrishnan and the entire team of scientists who were associated with this great feat. The day of India becoming a superpower was not far off, he added.
