This story from PTI is being withdrawn as it had wrongly quoted a press release from change.org to say that Maneka Gandhi wants an amendment to a scheme for boys who are victims of child sexual abuse to award them compensation. There is no such scheme for boys. The press release merely said that a conference by NCPCR (and not the minister) had recommended compensation for male child victims.
