Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed Bharatiya Janata Party’s second 'parivartan rally' in the Maoist-affected Gaya district of Bihar.

Mr. Modi, the BJP’s chief campaigner for the Assembly polls taking on the combine of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD president Lalu Prasad, will speak at two more rallies in August, one at Saharsa on August 18 and the other at Bhagalpur on August 30.
