With Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) valuation camps set to conclude on Monday, and another week needed to complete other examination-related procedures, the results are likely to be declared on May 2.
Even though marks are uploaded online from the valuation centres every day, the marklists will reach the Pareeksha Bhavan once the camp concludes. These will be verified to ensure that no errors have crept in the uploading of marks.
Tabulation
Grace marks and IT examination marks will be included, and tabulation will likely to be done on April 25.
Then consolidated results at the school, educational district, and district levels will be checked randomly. This will be done only for a few districts. Once the results are found to be fit for declaration, the SSLC exam board will meet and decide the final date.
Since the results last year were declared on May 5, despite a re-examination in Mathematics, it is expected that the results will be declared earlier this year.
If the exam board meets on April 30, the results will likely to be announced on May 2. If the board is able to meet on May 2, the results will be declared by May 3.
