Sri Lankan Minister offers help for tourism development

Sri Lankan Minister Mohammed Shihabuddhin Sayid Samir Ali has offered support for tourism development in the State.

He was speaking after inaugurating a seminar on ‘Potential of Tourism’ organised by the All Kerala Former Panchayat Members Association here on Saturday.

He said he would hold discussions with the Union government on investment opportunities in the tourism sector.

Association district president Karim Pannithadam presided over. District Collector M.S. Jaya, who won the award for the best Revenue Officer in the State, was honoured at the function.
