As many as 25,000 RSS volunteers, along with 10,000 odd women activist, would take part in the conclave, the first of its kind in the State, on the Government College premises at Vidyanagar locality. The volunteers, in their traditional dress, would take part in a procession that begins at 3 p.m. from four localities around the town and reach the venue of a public meeting, an RSS office-bearer said in a statement here on Saturday.
