State Police Chief Loknath Behera has issued an order announcing a reward of ₹2 lakh to those who provide information about the culprits in the case related to the murder of retired teacher Janaki and the attempted murder of her husband K. Krishnan at Cheemeni in Kasaragod on December 13.

The identity and other details of the informer will be kept confidential, the order said.

The information may be passed on to K.G. Simon, IPS, District Police Chief, Kasaragod.
