Police assn. meet held

Agriculture Minister K.P. Mohanan has said that the association of police personnel should take steps to ensure that the police force in the State continued to retain its reputation.

Inaugurating the district conference of the Kerala Police Association here on Saturday, the Minister said that the image of the police force, held in high esteem by the public, can be tarnished by the acts of a few police personnel.

A.P. Abdullakutty, MLA, and District Police Chief P.N. Unnirajan were among those present at the function.
