Murder case: DYFI workers remanded

Two Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) workers who were arrested early on Sunday from Palakkad town in connection with the murder of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker Ratheesh at Pudussery last Wednesday, were remanded to judicial custody by the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court II. The police identified the suspects as Satheesh (23) of Valiyapurakkal, Neelikad, Pudussery, and Ratheesh (24) of Muriyampatta, Pudussery. The Kasaba police said they were arrested from the KSRTC bus stand in Palakkad. The police are on the lookout for the remaining three accused in the murder case.
