Live cartridges seized in Thiruvananthapuram

Six live cartridges were seized from the hand baggage of a passenger who checked in at the Thiruvananthapuram internatio nal airport on Saturday to board a domestic flight to Mumbai. The cartridges were seized when the passenger, Vinod Agarwal, checked in at the domestic terminal of the airport to board the Jet Airw ays flight to Mumbai at 1 p.m. There was no pistol in the hand baggage or registered baggage of the passenger.
