M.S. Sreenivasan, Managing Director of the Malayalam daily Kerala Kaumudi, died here on Monday. He was 65. Mr. Sreenivasan, who has been suffering from diabetes, was admitted to private hospital here three days ago. His condition worsened suddenly.
Son of the founder of Kerala Kaumudi K. Sukumaran, Mr. Sreenivasan was associated with the newspaper industry for 38 years. As a management expert, he made considerable contribution to the growth of Kerala Kaumudi which is entering the 100th year of publication.
Mr. Sreenivasan is survived by wife Laisa and daughter Anju Rajiv. The funeral will take place on Wednesday.
