Kannamthanam to campaign for BJP in Kerala

Top national leaders of the BJP will be campaigning for party candidates in the State Assembly elections.

The Party’s campaigners will also include Alphons Kannamthanam who was inducted into the BJP national executive on Thursday, after he declined to contest from Poojar with LDF support.

Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj will be reaching here for the campaign by the end of week. The other leaders who would address campaign meetings in different parts of the State will include L. K. Advani, Nitin Gadkari, Venkaiah Naidu, Rajnath Singh, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Bangaru Laxman and Ramnath Govind, official spokesman George Kurian said.

Film actor Hema Malini will be addressing a campaign meeting in Kasaragod.
