Founder’s Day celebrated at Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala

Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala celebrated its Founder’s Day on Saturday. Lyricist Sreekumaran Thampi inaugurated the celebrations. Writer N.S. Madhavan presided over the function.

They described Vaidyaratnam P.S. Varier as a legend who linked Ayurveda with modern life.

Insurance Ombudsman P.K. Vijayakumar delivered the P.S. Varier Memorial Lecture. Environmental activist Khadeeja Mumtaz commemorated Arya Vaidya Sala’s founder.

Arya Vaidya Sala managing trustee P.K. Warrier gave away the awards to Ayurveda students.

Arya Vaidya Sala general manager K.S. Money welcomed the gathering. Additional Chief Physician P. Madhavankutty Varier proposed a vote of thanks.
