The director board of Kannur International Airport Limited has decided to entrust the preparation of the detailed project report for the Kannur airport with the Cochin International Airport Limited.
It authorised the Managing Director to acquire an additional 150 acres in connection with construction of the run way. The Board also approved the application of the Airport Authority of India to subscribe to 13 per cent of the equity in the company.
