Yet another round of counselling for 40 medical, 11 dental seats

Forty MBBS and 11 dental seats that are vacant under the all-India quota will now be offered to eligible candidates through an online seat allotment process, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) announced on Saturday.

A press statement from the KEA said that candidates who have been assigned medical ranks in CET-2013 are eligible to participate in this round by entering their options afresh online.

The option entry for the extended vacancy round of counselling will be open to students from September 17 to 19.

The KEA will display the seats available on its website www.kea.kar.nic.in on Monday.

Seat allotment will be announced on September 20 after 4 p.m. Students can pay fees and report to colleges between September 21 and 23.

The last date to report to colleges is September 24.
