“Two rounds of discussions have already been held. As part of this process, a two-day convention of progressive forces will be held at Vidyavardhaka Sangha at Dharwad on July 9 and 10,” he said.
The convention on possibilities of launching people's alternative forum in the present context will be attended by Yogendra Yadav of Swaraj Abhiyan, noted jurist Prashant Bhushan, former finance secretary S.P. “Youth, especially students, will be in the forefront of the alternative political movement and leaders of all these organisations will extend support,” said renowned writer Devanuru Mahadeva of Karnataka Sarvodaya Paksha.
