Chickballapur district administration, Department of Employment and Training and Sir M.V. Industrial Institute are jointly conducting a mini job fair on December 27 in the city.
The fair will be held at M.V. Industrial Training Centre, Chickballapur Deputy Commissioner M.V. Venkatesh said.
About 30 firms are participating in the ‘Udyoga Mela’ and around 1,175 jobs are on the offer, he said.
Preference will be given to ITI, Diploma holders and those interested in garment, tailoring fields.
