Karnataka students shine in ICSE, ISC exam results

Karnataka ICSE students (class ten) and ISC (class 12) have outdone their counterparts across the country as the pass percentage in both categories is higher than the All India average.

In the ICSE examinations, students from the State secured a pass percent of 99.67 percent more than the all India average of 98.49 percent. Meanwhile the ISC pass percentage of Karnataka stands at 98.62 percent, above the all India average of 96.28 percent.

Keeping in tune with the all India trends, Girls in Karnataka have done better than boys in the ISC as well ICSE examinations. While the pass percent in ICSE schools for girls is 99.75 percent, boys stands at 99.59 percent. In ISC, the girls pass percent is 99.43 percent, while boys stands at 97.86 per cent.

Anurag Aditya Sharma & Pallavi V Menon both from Greenwood High are Bengaluru City toppers with 98.80 per cent for ICSE exams and have also secured a high all India rank. Meanwhile, S. Kavya from Vidya Niketan School, Hebbal with 99.50 is one of the ISC toppers.
