Kaniyur seer thanks devotees

Vidyavallabha Tirtha Swami of Kaniyur Mutt, the outgoing Paryaya seer, on Sunday thanked the devotees, all seers of Ashta Mutts and government authorities, for helping him successfully complete his second Paryaya. He was speaking at the civic reception organised for him by the Paryaya Reception Committee and Udupi City Municipal Council (CMC) here.

The Kaniyur seer said that whatever achievements he did during the last two years were only because of the grace of Lord Krishna.

“We make several plans. But only those with the grace of Lord succeed,” he said.

Vishwesha Tirtha Swami of Pejawar Mutt lauded the achievements of Kaniyur seer in the last two years.

The Kaniyur seer had set a tough example for him to follow.Vishwaprasanna Tirtha, junior seer of Pejawar Mutt, Vinay Kumar Sorake, Urban Development Minister, and P. Yuvaraj, president of the Udupi CMC, were present.
