‘Ivory City’ in the making

he idea of giving a unique character to Mysuru by transforming it into an Ivory City is expected to gain momentum with the MCC resolving to implement its resolution effectively this year. Mysuru is blessed with many impressive buildings. Several of these edifices, including those around the iconic Mysuru palace and the office of the MCC, had been painted with an uniform ivory colour. The MCC has decided to paint the exterior of its office buildings with the same colour and has requested other public offices and private buildings to do the same.
