Income Tax (I-T) sleuths are conducting operations against Kalyani Group, which has interests in real estate and automobiles. Sources said that search and seizure operations that began on Thursday morning against the group, which included Kalyani Developers and Kalyani Motors, were on at eight premises in Bengaluru. Surveys have also been taken up in 21 other premises. apart from surveys at 21 other premises. The operations began simultaneously, I-T sources added.
